NSC Services
NSC provides convenient service for clients nationwide. If we are unable to provide you with a notary
within an hour, we will contact you and notify you of our progress and give an estimated assignment time.
For borrowers, it is difficult to find the time to arrange for a loan document signing. Our notaries
meet with your borrowers at a convenient time and place in the borrower's home, place of employment or
at an agreed upon location in all fifty (50) states. At the closing, the assigned signature closer will
go over the documents, have the documents executed and address funding conditions. The executed documents
are then returned to your office or other location instructed by you.
Signature Closers
NSC delivers a trained, professional notary to every signing request. All notaries are interviewed to
ensure they have knowledge of the loan closing process and the skills and attitude necessary to be a
Nations Signature Closer. Often the closer is the only person the borrower will meet in person. It is
invaluable for the closer to be able to assist the borrower in feeling comfortable with every aspect of
the closing. No matter where or when the closing occurs, the signature closer will uphold the highest

The signature closer will receive documents via email, fax, or mail to be notarized. Loan Documents can
be received electronically and printed instantly by most of our signature closers. This time-efficient
approach can help expedite the loan process for both lender and borrower.
